What we collect

Account details (name, email, business details), loan request details (amount, income, monthly budget, credit range), and documents you upload such as ID, income proof, bank statements and utility bills.

Payment information

Your debit card is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive only limited details (such as card brand, last four digits and subscription status) to manage your membership.

Who can see your information

Lenders can see summary request details. Your documents are only visible to lenders who claim your request (maximum 10) and to NiaLend administrators for fraud prevention and support. We do not sell your personal information.

Emails

We use your email to send account status, transaction and billing messages, lender activity updates, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails anytime.

Security

Documents are stored in private, encrypted storage and served through short-lived links. Access is limited by account role.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@nialend.com. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete.
